    • Silent mode is for tracking employees while running the software in the background. Your employees cannot pause and resume tracking in this mode.
    • During visible mode, the employees will be fully aware that they are being monitored and can also pause and resume tracking whenever they want.

    Both silent mode and visible mode will give you the best productivity output. However, a few factors decide, when you should use tagger and when you should use stealth mode.
